What does LogicUnite's website development service include?
We plan, design and build business websites and web applications, including responsive page templates, content editing, inquiry forms, search metadata, deployment and handover. The written scope defines the page types, integrations and acceptance checks for your project.
A useful first step
Send your current website URL, the action you want visitors to take and the main problem you want to fix. If you are starting fresh, describe your audience and the essential pages. We clarify the requirements before proposing a scope and quote.
Discuss the scopeWho this is for
- Businesses replacing a site that is slow, hard to update or breaks on phones.
- Teams launching a brand or product site that non-developers need to edit.
- Founders who need a web front end wired to a real backend rather than a template.
Problems we solve
- Every text change needs a developer, so the site goes stale.
- The site and the backend were built by different vendors and do not talk to each other.
- Nobody on your side knows where the domain, hosting or repository live.
- The site loads slowly on the phones and connections your customers actually use.
What is included
- Information architecture and page templates agreed in a clickable prototype before development.
- A responsive front end on Next.js, with accessibility and performance treated as requirements, not polish.
- Content editing through a headless CMS or the Django admin, depending on how much structure you need.
- Forms, analytics setup and search-engine basics: titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap and structured data.
- Hosting, domain and deployment set up in accounts that belong to you.
Not included
- Copywriting, photography and video, unless agreed as part of the plan.
- Paid advertising, link building or ongoing search-engine campaigns.
- Publishing content on your behalf after launch (available under a support plan).
What we need from you
- Your brand assets: logo, colours and any existing guidelines.
- Access to your domain registrar and hosting, or a decision to create them in your name.
- One person on your side who can approve content and design decisions.
How the work runs
- 01Discover
We map your goals, users and existing systems, and agree on what success looks like for the site.
- 02Design
Wireframes, then a clickable prototype you approve before a line of code is written.
- 03Build
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, so you always see progress on real pages.
- 04Launch
Testing, hosting, domain, analytics and a handover your team understands.
- 05Support
Monitoring, updates and improvements on a plan sized to your business.
What you receive
- Approved prototype and page templates.
- The production site with a content editing setup and a short editing guide.
- Repository, hosting and domain in your name, with deployment configured.
- A launch checklist covering performance, accessibility and metadata.
- Handover documentation.
Proof and examples
- Our studio, expressed in software. (demo project)
How we quote
- A written quote before any work starts. Custom work is quoted per phase after discovery.
- Changes are priced in writing before they cost anything.
- What shapes the quote: the number of distinct page templates, how much content editing you need, integrations such as forms, payments or newsletters, the languages the site has to serve, and whether existing content has to be migrated.
Ownership and support
- Repositories, hosting accounts and domains are created in your name from day one.
- You receive documentation at handover: how the system is put together, how to deploy it and how to run it day to day.
- After launch you can choose a support plan for monitoring, updates and new features, or hand the project to your own team.
Questions about web development
How much will a business website cost?
LogicUnite quotes the agreed scope before development starts. Page templates, content migration, editing needs and integrations affect the quote. A brochure website and a customer portal are different projects; send your priorities and constraints so we can define a useful first release.
Will the new website bring us leads or rank on Google?
The build includes search-engine basics and a clear inquiry journey. Leads also depend on your offer, proof, audience and how people discover the site. We can implement measurement, but we do not guarantee rankings or a number of clients.
Can we commission a smaller first phase?
Yes. We can agree a first phase around the pages and integrations needed for your main visitor journey, with additional features scoped separately. Tell us the business outcome that matters most so we can discuss priorities.
Can you rebuild our existing site instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. During discovery we review what you have, what is worth keeping and what is holding you back, and we recommend a rebuild only when it is the better option for you.
Do we need a CMS?
Only if people on your team will edit content regularly. For a small site we may use the Django admin or a simple headless CMS; for a content-heavy site we set up a proper editorial workflow. We decide this with you in the design phase.
Who handles hosting and the domain?
We set up hosting, the domain and deployment, and every account is created in your name. You keep full access after handover.
