Who this is for
- Businesses whose customers or field staff work mostly on phones.
- Products that need push notifications, offline use or device features a website cannot offer.
- Teams that already have, or are building, a web app and want the mobile app on the same backend.
Problems we solve
- Separate native teams for iOS and Android double the cost of every change.
- The app and the website show different information because they use different backends.
- Users lose work when the connection drops.
- Store releases are stressful because nobody owns the process.
What is included
- Product definition and a clickable prototype of the main flows.
- A React Native app for iOS and Android from one codebase.
- A shared API on Django, new or extended from your existing backend.
- Push notifications and offline handling where the product needs them.
- Store listings, release and crash monitoring set up in your accounts.
Not included
- Games and 3D or graphics-heavy applications.
- Hardware-specific SDK work, unless agreed in the plan.
- Ongoing store account administration after handover, unless included in a support plan.
What we need from you
- Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts in your name (we can guide the setup).
- An existing backend, or agreement to build one as part of the project.
- Test devices representative of what your users carry.
How the work runs
- 01Discover
We map who uses the app, where and on which devices, and which flows matter most.
- 02Design
Wireframes and a clickable prototype of the key screens, approved before development.
- 03Build
Two-week sprints with test builds on real devices at the end of each.
- 04Launch
Store listings, review submission, release and monitoring, with the accounts in your name.
- 05Support
Updates for new OS versions, fixes and new features on a plan sized to your business.
What you receive
- Approved prototype of the main flows.
- iOS and Android builds from one repository.
- Backend API with documentation.
- Store listings and release configuration in your accounts.
- Handover documentation and release notes.
Proof and examples
We have not yet published case studies for this service. The product previews on the home page are illustrative concepts. Ask us to explain the proposed approach and what evidence is available for your particular scope before commissioning the work.
How we quote
- A written quote before any work starts. Custom work is quoted per phase after discovery.
- Changes are priced in writing before they cost anything.
- What shapes the quote: the number of screens and flows, whether a backend exists, offline and notification requirements, and third-party services such as payments or maps.
Ownership and support
- Repositories, hosting accounts and domains are created in your name from day one.
- You receive documentation at handover: how the system is put together, how to deploy it and how to run it day to day.
- After launch you can choose a support plan for monitoring, updates and new features, or hand the project to your own team.
Questions about mobile apps
Do we need both a website and an app?
Not always. We help you decide during discovery. Many businesses start with a responsive web app and add a native app when notifications, offline use or device features justify it.
Who publishes the app?
The app is published from Apple and Google developer accounts in your name. We prepare the listings and handle the submission with you, and you keep the accounts.
What happens when iOS or Android releases a new version?
Apps need periodic updates to stay compatible. A support plan covers these updates; without one, we hand over the documentation your own team needs.
