Who this is for
- E-commerce and service businesses with orders arriving from several channels.
- Companies running on several tools that should share customers, orders and invoices.
- Teams that need a reliable backend for a store, an app or a marketplace.
Problems we solve
- Orders and payments are reconciled by hand because systems do not talk.
- A failed webhook goes unnoticed until a customer complains.
- Duplicate events create duplicate orders or double charges.
- Integrations were built once and nobody knows how they work.
What is included
- Integration design: which system is the source of truth for each record, and what happens on failure.
- Authentication and secure credential handling for each platform.
- Webhooks with signature verification, retries, idempotency and ordering safeguards.
- Error monitoring and alerts so problems are seen before customers see them.
- Sandbox-to-production rollout, documentation and a runbook for operations.
Not included
- Obtaining merchant accounts, approvals or API access on your behalf (we guide, you own the accounts).
- Platforms without a usable API; we will tell you when that is the case.
- Ongoing operations of the integration, unless included in a support plan.
What we need from you
- Accounts and API credentials for each platform, or a plan to create them in your name.
- Sandbox or test modes where the platform offers them.
- A named owner for business rules such as refunds, cancellations and stock.
How the work runs
- 01Discover
We map every system, record and event involved, and agree on the source of truth and the failure paths.
- 02Design
An integration map and a plan for authentication, retries, duplicates and monitoring, reviewed with you.
- 03Build
Sprints against sandbox environments, with automated tests for the paths that matter.
- 04Launch
Production credentials, monitoring and alerts, plus a runbook for what to do when a provider fails.
- 05Support
Monitoring, provider API changes and new integrations on a plan sized to your business.
What you receive
- An integration map showing systems, records and events.
- Working integrations with tests for the important paths.
- Monitoring and alerts wired to a channel your team reads.
- A runbook for failures and provider outages.
- Documentation and handover.
Proof and examples
We have not yet published case studies for this service. The product previews on the home page are illustrative concepts. Ask us to explain the proposed approach and what evidence is available for your particular scope before commissioning the work.
How we quote
- A written quote before any work starts. Custom work is quoted per phase after discovery.
- Changes are priced in writing before they cost anything.
- What shapes the quote: the number of systems and event types, the quality of each platform's API and documentation, reconciliation requirements, and how much monitoring and reporting you need.
Ownership and support
- Repositories, hosting accounts and domains are created in your name from day one.
- You receive documentation at handover: how the system is put together, how to deploy it and how to run it day to day.
- After launch you can choose a support plan for monitoring, updates and new features, or hand the project to your own team.
Questions about apis & integrations
Which payment and messaging platforms do you work with?
Our recent work centres on Stripe, PayPal and regional gateways for payments, the WhatsApp Business API for messaging, and Shopify and WooCommerce for stores. Any platform with a documented API is a candidate; we confirm feasibility during discovery.
What happens when a provider is down?
Integrations are designed so that failed events are retried, duplicates are ignored, and anything that still fails is queued and visible to your team rather than lost.
Can you connect to our accounting software?
Yes, through its API. We regularly connect accounting, ERP, CRM, payment and messaging platforms, and we can build on an existing codebase.
